Astral Adhesives Resiwood Classic 666

Astral Adhesives Resiwood Classic 666 is a single component, water resistant PVA emulsion adhesive used for woodworking and general bonding applications.

Resiwood Classic 666 is a specially designed, fast drying heat and water resistance product for wood to wood, ply to wood, veneer, decorative laminates, MDF/particle board, block board/ hard board to each other. Best results can be obtained, when at least one of them is porous.

Astral Adhesives Resiwood Classic 666 can be used in following applications:

• For bonding of all type of wood working like plywood, wood, laminates, veneers, particle board, block board/hard board, MDF to each other
• Furniture, handicraft, sports goods, packaging & book binding, paper labelling, paper tube, wall paper, carpet manufacturing
• Also recommended for bonding any two materials where at lese one of them is porous eg. Paper, card board, particle board etc. and other related applications

How to Use

Resiwood Classic 666  has very good spreadability and can be applied with the help of the Astral Adhesive Resiwood applicator, by brush, roller or fingers. The usual procedure to be followed is:

• Clean both the surfaces to be bonded
• It is ready to use product so dilution is not recommended
• Apply a thin coat of Resiwood Classic 666 on both or one surface – as per requirement and spread evenly in 5-10 minutes
• Press the two surfaces together and keep under pressure with the help of either a clamp, nails, wooden support etc., till the adhesive dries completely. Excess adhesive pressed outside the joints should be wiped out with a wet cloth
