Astral Bondtite Acrylic Fix Adhesive

Astral Adhesive Bondtite Acrylic Fix- 500g is suitable for the following applications:

- Bonding acrylic sheets to plywood

- Bonding acrylic sheets to MDF

- Bonding acrylic sheets to WPC

Instructions for Use-

• Ensure that both surfaces are clean and devoid of contaminants such as oil, grease, and dust.
• Evenly apply Bondtite Acrylic Fix onto the plywood (base surface) using a spreader, allowing it to dry for 8-10 minutes.
• For the second surface, which is the acrylic sheet, gently wipe the backside with a damp cloth, ensuring no water droplets remain on the area that will adhere to the adhesive. During rainy conditions, avoid using a damp cloth.
• Align both surfaces and apply consistent pressure using a roller, press machine, or by rubbing with a dry cloth to achieve a strong bond.
• Maintain pressure on the bonded surfaces using clamps, nails, tape, or similar methods. Handling strength will be reached within 2 to 4 hours, while full strength will develop after 24 hours at room temperature.
• Remove any excess adhesive material.

Shelf Life- The shelf life of Bondtite Acrlyic Fix is 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in a sealed package.

Packaging- The product is available in a 500g sausage pack.

Handling Precautions- Store the product in a dry location within its original, properly sealed sausage at temperatures ranging from 2 to 40°C.
