Introducing WPC Louvers from Black Cobra. Black Cobra WPC Louvers are Interior Grade louvers of Size- 9.5ft*6.25in of 22mm Thickness.

Black Cobra WPC Louvers Installation Instructions for Interior Louvers-

1. PREPARE THE WALL: Clean and dry the wall surface. Measure and mark positions for the locking clips using a pencil and level.

2. INSTALL LOCKING CLIPS: Drill holes at marked positions. Secure the locking clips to the wall with screws, ensuring they are level and evenly spaced. In case they are not levelled, add packing with Black Cobra 5mm sheets to make them levelled.

3. MOUNT LOUVERS: Cut louvers to the required length if necessary. Align the first louver with the locking clips and press until it clicks into place. Repeat for all WPC louver panels, ensuring they are securely attached and level.

4. INSTALL L PROFILES: Measure and cut L profiles to fit corners. Position L profiles at corners to cover louver edges and secure with screws.

5. FINAL ADJUSTMENTS AND MAINTENANCE: Ensure all louvers and L profiles are secure and aligned. Regularly clean louvers and inspect locking clips and L profiles for security.
