FEVICOL HIPER is a technologically advanced waterproof adhesive. It is made using innovatory designed Anti-Bubble Formula* which significantly reduces the chance of bubble formation. It also offers unique properties such as superior tack development, faster grab and reduced setting time.

It gives superior performance for all types of Plywood to Laminate and also in Wood working application to make varieties of furniture. It is non-flammable and non-toxic in nature.

Fevicol Hiper powered with Anti-Bubble formula provides instant grab and uniform glue transfer leading to a strong contact between plywood & laminate. Hence there is a very little chance of air entrapment and contact gap which significantly reduces the probability of bubble formation. It also offers superior tack development, faster grab and reduced setting time.

APPLICATION METHODS-

• Surfaces to be bonded should be free from oil, grease, dust and dirt and should be dry and properly levelled.

• For best results, roughen the surfaces to be bonded.

• Stir contents of container before use.

• Apply an even coat of adhesive first on a comparatively non-porous surface, and then on a porous surface for e.g. apply first on laminate and then on plywood.

• If possible, application should be lengthwise on one surface and breadth wise on other surface. This will help in proper and uniform spreading of adhesive while pressing.

• Do not allow adhesive to dry and bring both the surfaces in contact, align properly, and start pressing from one side by using wet squeezed cloth to avoid bubbles, and ensure uniform contact and no air interruption between both surfaces.

• Pressure can be given by using nails, clamps, weight, masking tape, etc.

• Excess adhesive that comes out from edges should be wiped with wet squeezed cloth.

• To get best results, bonded surfaces are to be kept under pressure for 24 hours
